 Q. What type of wax are used to make Kokani Kandles?

 A. Kokani Kandles is made with a Soy-Blend wax 

Q. What is the burn time of Kokani Kandles?

A. 55 - 60 hours

Q. Why does my kandle produce soot? 

A. Small amounts of smoke and soot are natural parts of the burning process.

Please be sure that your wick is always trimmed in 1/8 of an inch before each burn.

Please station your kandle in a place furthest from ANYTHING flammable and or any open drafts.

Q. Why is my kandle scent through not strong?

A. Please allow for your kandle to create a melt pool that is the diameter of the jar.

Q. Why does my jar feel extremely hot?

A. Please never burn your kandle past 4 hours.

Upon blowing out your kandle please allow for your kandle to solidify before moving or touching your kandle.

We highly recommend using our jar lids or any heat resistant place setting to avoid direct heat on your property. 

Q. Can I burn my kandle although it is at the bottom of the jar?

A. NO! If you have less than 10mm of wax you should never burn your kandle.
